Hi, I’m Davida Bostic. At 15, I made a life-changing decision—I stopped eating refined white sugar and meat. This wasn’t just about making a statement; it was about reclaiming my health.

I was struggling with constant acne breakouts, unshakable fatigue, and relentless brain fog that made me feel trapped in my own body. But everything changed when I cut out sugar and transformed the way I ate. The acne disappeared, my energy returned, and the mental clarity I gained was life-changing.

Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, eating out was a regular part of life. They tried to make healthy choices, but I had to take it further to meet my needs. Cooking became essential, but dining out posed its own challenges. I learned to modify meals—asking for sauces without sugar, skipping meat, and customizing dishes to fit my new lifestyle.
